As a musician who plays at over 20 weddings a year, I’ve seen my share of stressed out wedding planners… and I tend to be the one they forget to communicate with until the last minute, or not at all! But not Vietca. She contacted me weeks before the wedding making sure I knew where to load in, setup, start times, ceremony scripts, pro/recessional songs to sing, etc. In other words, she was very detail oriented and the best planner I’ve worked with.
